The Cram-A-Lot "HE Series” Horizontal Baler is designed with our largest clear top opening, almost 25% larger than our largest 72” Horizontal Baler and can be used with our without a conveyor system.

Designed for ease of installation, operation and maintenance the baler can operate manually or automatically with photo electric cell control. The HE-60 is ideal for warehouses, users baling waste paper, corrugated, newsprint, office white, plastics, foam rubber, light aluminum and other recyclables without pre-conditioning or fluffing required.

Standard features include:

  • ANSI Z245.2 Compliant - All compactors meet or exceed ANSI Z245.2 safety standards.
  • UL/CUL Listed Control Panels
  • UHMW Ram Shoes - Adjustable to assure straight tracking and readily replaceable, should the need arise
  • Oil Sight Gauge - Oil level at a glance
  • Heavy Duty Controls - NEMA 4 rated pushbutton controls with key-lockable start switch
  • Automatic Single Cycle Operation

    • Power Unit Design & Construction:
    The hydraulic power unit is the heart of any baler. While other manufacturers may source their power units right out of a parts house catalog, we have always designed and built our hydraulic power units in house, specifically for our application. Designing and building our own power unit is the only way we can guarantee the reliability and performance that our customers deserve.

    CRAM-A-LOT® 1-2-3 Warranty
    J.V. Manufacturing will furnish without charge:
    1) All parts and labor expenses through the first year of ownership to remedy any faults proven to be the result of defective materials or workmanship.
    2) All parts through the second year of ownership to remedy any faults proven to be the result of defective materials or workmanship.
    3) All labor expenses through the third year of ownership to remedy any structural faults proven to be the result of defective materials or workmanship.
    This warranty does not apply to any damage caused by negligence, misuse, modifications, alterations, or accidents by purchaser or third parties. Refer to operation manual for specific warranty coverage.
