OUR HISTORY

Since 1978, we have made it our business to provide the best equipment solutions for America’s waste and recycling needs. Our passion for providing safe, quality products and outstanding customer service has made Cram-A-Lot one of the most respected brands in the industry. With over 70 standard compactor models and 30 standard baler models, we are sure to offer a machine that suits your application. If our standard products aren’t quite what you need, our team of engineers can recommend technical modifications to one of our catalog items, or provide a custom engineered solution, just for you. Our comprehensive product range includes compactors for wet or dry waste, compactors that can be serviced with roll off, front load, or rear load trucks, pre-crusher compactors that can be used for size reduction or product destruction, and a line of vertical and horizontal balers that will handle recycling needs at a single convenience store or for an entire city.

With over 200 employees, 2 manufacturing locations, and 3 remote service locations, we’re proud of our heritage, and we’re proud to design and manufacture all of our products right here in the USA. Our people have a passion for this industry. They love what they do and it shows when you experience our products and our customer service. In fact, we currently have 38 employees who have worked at Cram-A-Lot for 20 years or longer. Their tenure gives us a depth of experience that is unrivaled in our segment of the industry. As a result of our team’s dedication and performance, in 2014 we became the smallest manufacturer to ever receive the Arkansas Governor’s Quality Award. This award recognizes businesses that are committed to customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and overall business excellence. Our primary manufacturing facility and corporate office is located in Springdale, Arkansas with another manufacturing facility located just two hours away in Conway, Arkansas. Both of these facilities are capable of manufacturing our entire product range, providing us with available capacity for growth as well as disaster preparedness.

We can also arrange for pickup, delivery, installation, repair, and maintenance for any of your compactors and balers, whether you bought them from us or someone else. Our service centers in Dallas, San Antonio, and Sacramento can repair, store, or refurbish equipment, and we have a network of over 600 insured service providers across North America who can perform installation, repair, and maintenance at your location.

We are experts in our business, and we are proud to be equipping the world for a better environment each and every day.
