If your baler/compactor's motor starts but the presshead does not move the possible reasons are:
A Barksdale pressure switch and timer (external time delay relay on base- not the programmable relay) are added to the circuit. The indicator light will signal Full Bale status if the pressure switch activates before the timer value is achieved. The design requires the timer to be set so that time expires just as the face of the presshead reaches the top of the chamber door. If the pressure switch makes contact before the timer expires the indicator light will illuminate and the motor will stop.
