Doug Hardman serves CRAM-A-LOT® customers throughout the Midwest. Doug has been working for JV since 1993. He started as a welder and fabricator, and quickly advanced to a production line supervisor, overseeing the manufacture of special equipment and self-contained compactors. Doug was offered a position in the engineering department, designing special equipment and drawing layouts for special equipment applications. In 2004 Doug accepted his current position as Regional Sales Manager. “I have thoroughly enjoyed working with JV’s customers. My experience working through many different levels within the company has helped me become a resource for customers today regarding equipment knowledge and applications.” Doug enjoys spending time with his family, helping others in need, fishing, boating, hunting (anything outdoors) and supporting those Arkansas Razorbacks…..GO HOGS!
