How Do I Become a Service Vendor?

J.V. Manufacturing, Inc. servicing vendors must:

• Maintain a minimum of $1,000,000 General Liability Insurance
• Have Workers Compensation Insurance as required by the laws of their state
• Make J.V. Manufacturing, Inc. a certificate holder on their insurance policies
• Be capable in electrical, hydraulic and welding repairs
• Posess all necessary tools
• Have competitive rates for labor and travel
• Provide a completed form W9
• Provide rate and contact information
• Maintain Fax and Cell Phone numbers

Additionally, prospective vendors must read, sign and return to J.V. Manufacturing, Inc.'s Equipment Services Department the departments operating policy requirements letter.
